Hey, I want to use this for my Canon CHDK camera, How would i go about it? Is this pacemaker required?

Actually what i have though out, is that 3 1.5 batteries will be hooked up to a infrared LED or lazer, and then it will be attached via usb to the camera, so then the moment the drop pases through the lazer/infrared beam, it will release the shutter by sending a charge to the camera. :) .

The camera is a point and shoot by the way.

Can you help me out?

Incandescent light bulbs contain a mix of argon and nitrogen gas at normal pressure. The round bulbs are made that way because they employed the same methods used to blow bottles and other glassware, and the shape has become fast and dirt cheap to make, but many other shapes are possible. Many older bulbs were cylindrical. One advantage to a wider bulb is that there is less chance for the filament to touch (and melt) the glass. Here are some failed attempts at homemade light bulbs. http://www.randombytes.org/lamps_old.html

Hey Whatnot
Good job deciding a system you have never heard isn't worth the money. The person who experienced it seemed to think it was pretty good, but what does he know, he's only heard it.
Hifi loudspeakers sound like live music, which is more than any $700 headphone system ever will (headphones don't image). Not that your setup isn't good and probably suites you fine, but it's kinda obnoxious to just assume there isn't anything better because you haven't heard it. Why don't you go on a BluRay forum and complain about how no one can tell the difference between youtube 720p and BR 1080?
PS all you need is up to 20khz. There isn't content beyond that. Still, a great many speakers have flat responses well beyond that (diamond tweeters go into the 100khz I think) while still maintaining super-low distortions in the actual audible spectrum.
