Hi, I’ve also been working on a 3d printed robot hand. However I’ve gone via shapeways rather than the hobby printer route. My most recent hand was also printed in one piece, so no assembly (apart from tendons) was required. The hands are available on shapeways and the files for the first hand were avaiable on thingiverse. Just search for ‘anthromod’ on those respective sites.
