Looks like he covered most of them well. I don’t know how to use a standard PCB layout program so I opted for ExpressPCB’s easy to use free software. They have what I think are reasonable prices for making prototypes ($59-$85 including shipping). I’ve been using them for years. The have a 4 day turn around on most orders, quicker if you pay for 1 day shipping. Only thing I don’t like about their service is if you want the gerber file they produce from your drawing (made on their proprietary software) they charge you for it (I think like $60 but I could be mistaken about the amount). If you don’t mind that then I recommend them. Their software and service is easy to use albeit limited as they don’t have irregular shaped boards, they don’t offer score lines, no unplated holes, and some other stuff like limited hole sizes. http://www.expresspcb.com

How come there is no Olimex ( http://www.olimex.com/ ) in that review? I’ve used them in the past and got great results. They may not be THE cheapest as they once were but still very affordable. I think they definitely deserve a mention.
