The prize this week is a mountaineering clasp that is sure to add some flair to your keychain or provide a cool way to clip your backpack in place. This contest will run for one week (August 28 – September 3, 2010) . Ending time is based on central standard time. Sadly, we haven’t gotten to applications in circuits yet, but I do like the “clasp”! What brand is it? It’d make a handy addition to my gear.

Glad to hear you are taking electronics, too bad you haven’t taken the classes that would help you out.
It’s a normal generic clasp, it isn’t for actual mountaineering but rather for clipping to your keys or hanging something like a bag on a hook.
