I thought I had seen it all. If you want to do some scuba diving this is not the way to go about it… Some ideas don’t need to be invented. It looks like the user is tethered to a boat on the surface and probably just hangs on for the ride. It would have been so much better if it was at least an underwater motorcycle. |

They used one of those on Mythbusters once, Adam didn’t have a diving certificate, but got to dive with this. Anybody can use one of those.

These have been around for quite some time. I used one while on vacation in Cabo. They are not tethered to a boat but a floatation device because they don’t have any up/down control just normal steering. I liked it because you don’t need a diving cert. and it takes all of 5 min to figure it out. We drove around and the diver that was with us would lead us to things or bring them to us. I thought it was really cool but I’de rather learn to scuba or do the snuba which is scuba but the air supply is at the surface.

looks like it is completely un-tethered and IS an under motorbike.

Hey Smelsworst,
It actually looks like tons of fun without the tether.
