You might remember theĀ Snow Removal Robot that we featured here last year. Well now there’s another snow blower to add to the snow removal automation list. The RoBo Blower is a remote controlled snow blower that allows you to remove all the snow you want from the comfort of your living room. Thanks Chip. “Herb Spencer is the inventor of The RoBo Blower. He is a master tinkerer and gadgeteer. His passion is all things electro-mechanical. If it has moving parts or passes electrons, Herb loves to tinker with it, fix it, tear it apart and put it back together, or simply repurpose it for his own needs. Often in creative and whimsical ways.”

The metal grille in front of the blade is a good idea.
Won’t help the nosy kids, but should save the wandering animals.

Well done, particularly the housings etc.

Cool! I think the front “cow-catcher” grille might need to have some kind of vibrating mechanism; it looked to push the snow along more than just slice through it. Mind you, that’d depend on the density and temperature of the snow, but still.
Chains on the tires might help, too

Also, around here, a blue rotating/flashing light would be appropriate

thank goodness I live in sunny California and don’t need to worry about things like snowblowers! But if I did, I think remote controlled would be the way to go…
