So, how detailed do we need to get with this one? I know what it is, and what it’s used for. But do I need to give a description beyond the basic, generic name?

  2. Alan Parekh Says:

    Hey Josh,

Just the common name and what it is used for is all that is needed. No need for a make or model this time.

  3. Zake Says:

This is too easy, EVERYONE knows that’s a timemachine, used for traveling on time. :)
To be honest, this seems little harder than few past “Name the Thing Contest” pictures. That’s good thing.

  4. Alan Parekh Says:

Darn, I covered up the date selection knob in the front of the device. That was the dead give away, with that gone I didn’t think anyone would get it. :) I try to mix some easy contests with some harder ones. Seems like I have limited success with that thought though…

hmm. i guess this is the same picture http://gentiane.org/~miod/apollo/dn300/floppy-top.jpg right?

  6. Alan Parekh Says:

    Hi Northx,

Yes, modified to remove the piece that made it obvious. The winner will be announced shortly.

  7. Alan Parekh Says:

    Winner announced.
