Arduino Rotating LED Display

at 11:39 am. Filed under Cool Gadgets, DIY Hacks, Electronic Hacks

How can you own a LAN party? Make your own rotating display that will buzz off the fingers of those who dare come too close. :)

"Here my Making of the Arduino Wireless POV. Starting from an old floppy disk enclosure and a old CD-ROM box. Im using a compatible arduino board. Featuring automatic calibration with a IR sensor to detect loop start and adjust letter width (timing). Very simple to do, cheap and lot of fun! Im working on the Wireless interface that use a tiny 433Mhz CEBEK module (emiter and receiver) for sending phrases over USB and sending it to the on board receiver to draw the text on the POV. "

Thanks for the tip Sam.
