The trigger system looks painful and tricky to operate. It would be easier to use the palm of the hand, and a downward motion of the hand to spark the long nose lighter. For the fuel delivery trigger, pressing downward with the tip of your middle finger is much easier than pressing up with the first bone in that finger.
tl;dr version: Flip the forearm part upside down for more comfortable use.
