Slow Down Time with Stress

Eliot Phillips from Hack a Day posted an interesting article about some tests that were done to determine if time slows down during high adrenalin situations. It looks like it does! A person was dropped from a tower and attempted to read a flashing display during the fall. Prior to falling the test subject could not read the display but was able to read the first digit perfectly during two fall attempts. The second digit was not read correctly however a similar looking digit was seen both times. I wonder how this corresponds with a work day zipping by or dragging depending on what you were doing?

GOOD TESTS BUT TIME DOES NOT SLOWING DOWN OR SPEEDING UP
CORRECT IS BRAIN SPEEDING UP OR SLOWING DOWN
WHEN BRAIN WORKS TWICE FEST THEN NORMAL TIME SEAMS SLOWING DOWN BY TWICE THIS DOES NOT NEED ANY PROVE OR TESTS THIS IS ABVIOES

So they’re saying when you use Cocaine, you can read the digits as fast as when you are under high adrenaline. Sweet! Then I gotta stack some more up to prepare for my midterm study cramming next semester.

I remember when I jump out of the plane (before opening my parachute). I was seing my trainer (still in the plane) I was looking his eyes more little, more little… It tooks many seconds… In my head only because my fall down speed was more than 200km/h…
Very difficult to clearly estimate time in stress situation…

This is what happened to me when I had my car accident. My brain sped up, time seems to slow. High way speeds, car pulling in front of me to turn around in the median I hit her side door and we both rolled and ended up in the median. From the point before I hit her to the time I landed upside down. I could remember everything that was happening at that time. Like in the mist of a roll over I knew I was rolling. so these were my thoughts at it happened.
