At about 25 seconds in, the magnets seem to attract AND repel at the same time; how does that work? No magnet I’ve ever played with worked that way (but then again, these magnets seem MUCH stronger than anything I’ve ever played with.)

At about 25 seconds in, the magnets seem to attract AND repel at the same time; how does that work? No magnet I’ve ever played with worked that way (but then again, these magnets seem MUCH stronger than anything I’ve ever played with.)
