Shaking hands with this glove could be a shocking experience! Looks like the stun guns we see today had some interesting beginnings. Call me cynical, but the picture looks a bit fishy. It looks like it came from a newspaper: can we get a citation?
A quick Google for Cirilo Diaz turns up nothing but comments on this picture, which I find a bit suspicious.
