This Eggstractor works quite well. I don’t eat lots of hard boiled eggs but when I do I usually end up picking tiny pieces of shell off the egg for a minute or two. I think this idea is good enough for Dragons Den (one of my favorite shows)!
“Very useful way to peel an boiled egg. With this homemade gadget you can peeling over 50 eggs per minutes . Very Very Fast and Easy. Great for introducing kid to the science”
I’ve seen these available commercially (restaurants use them). However, I think they were about US$30 each for home users (plastic) and almost $100 for commercial use (metal). This definitely is a less expensive way to get around that price tag. And it’s a great way to recycle some of that stuff that would go in the trash! Too bad I’m not much of a fan of boiled eggs.
