You should have an amp hooked to the alarm part with a large speaker, so not only you will have the largest clock, you’ll have the loudest alarm to go with it

But I guess not as big that the 12ft GPS Wall Clock [http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/present.php?p=GPSClock-1] made by
sparkfun lab. 3 LED by digit bar if I remember well, and lot more neatly made (but they are kind of “pros”)
