Nothing self-destructing or hacked about it! Lame when it was introduced, and laaaaaaaame until someone makes those buttons do something.

Maybe when you turn all the switches and press the button, it frys whatever’s plugged into the hub with an overload of electricity through the data contacts.

If it *did* something like tell the PC it’s connected to to scrub the drives it would be cooler. Now you could take a Buffalo router and very easily make those buttons actually do something. I’ve been tempted to put my Buffalo, USB hub and multi-card reader into one damned box and I may just do something like that.
But I’m painting the button GREEN just to confuse the good guys.

this is a trash! you can just throw your pc out of the window and boom! USB Destroyed! this is nothing but a switch from the outlet of your home directly in a USB port!
