Wind-Powered Mobile Phone Charger

at 8:05 am. Filed under Cool Gadgets

There are so many devices around that let us charge our gadgets on the go but this wind turbine idea is unique. I can just imagine the second version will come with an optional cap mount clip. :)

Orange worked with the University of Texas to develop a charger that would take advantage of the English climate ‘to ensure a constant energy source.”

    This is nice.
Btw, I am planning to build one for my home. For the time being, I hope to get something like 0.5KW.

I live in Pakistan so many parts are not available here or are very expensive.. and i’ve never built something like this before.

    Any ideas/links etc?
