This is of the type TQ Chiller. I had come across a few of the same type but different variety (http://www.glow-sticks.org/Flash-Wear/)namely TQ Raver, T-Equaliser, t-clock t-shirt!, Red Antenna WiFi Detector T-Shirt, T-Cannabis Leaf T-Shirt etc.,
